1. Sponsorship: The sponsors are Country Club Golf, LLC (Doing business as “Van Patten Golf Club”), located at 924 Main Street, Clifton Park, NY 12065 and Musclemakers’ Inc. (Doing business as "VENT Fitness), located at 1220 NY-146, Clifton Park, NY 12065. Sponsors will conduct The Golf Giveaway substantially as described in these Official Rules.
2. Eligibility: The VP VENT Instagram Giveaway Instagram Giveaway is open to legal residents of New York State in the United States of America. Entrants must be 18 years or older as of their date of entry in this promotion in order to qualify. The VP VENT Instagram Giveaway Instagram Giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted beginning June 2, 2025. Giveaway ends at 11:59 am EST, June 6, 2025.
4. How to Enter:
Option 1 – The Giveaway entrant may enter by liking AND commenting on the relevant social media Giveaway post. The entrant must be following @vanpattengolfclub AND @ventfitness on Instagram.
Option 2 – Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter the giveaway via mail, please hand-write your name, address, email, and phone number on a 3x5 inch card and mail it to “Attn: VP VENT Instagram Giveaway, 924 Main Street, Clifton Park, New York 12306.” Mail must include pre-paid stamp. Mail must be received by 11:59 am EST, June 6, 2025.
The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win the prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Van Patten Golf Club and Vent Fitness and new winner will be drawn at random.
5. Agreement to Rules: By entering this Golf Giveaway, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor's Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this Golf Giveaway, You acknowledge that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of the Golf Giveaway.
6. Prizes: Two winners will each receive:

• One 6-Month "ACTIVE" Membership to Vent Fitness. ($298.94, Enrollment fee waived)
RETAIL VALUE PER WINNER: Up to $590.94
• Actual value may differ at time of prize award.

• Entrant may not exchange Giveaway prize for cash equivalent, nor redeem cash balance if retail value is less than is outlined above. Actual retail value may differ, but will not exceed $590.94, and is determined by the day and time of the scheduled tee times.​

• VENT Fitness Elite Membership has no cash value; value cannot be added to an existing membership.​

• VENT Fitness Elite Membership is transferable, should the winner decide they do not want to use it.
The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsors. No cash or other prize substitution permitted. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted.

Terms & Conditions: In its sole discretion, the Sponsors reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the VP VENT Instagram Giveaway Instagram Giveaway should non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, weather, or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control, impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the VP VENT Instagram Giveaway Instagram Giveaway.
10. Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsors. Winners will be notified via social media message – or by telephone number provided on mail in entry – within five (5) days following the winner selection. Van Patten Golf Club and Vent Fitness shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION.

Limitation of Liability: Your entry into the VP VENT Instagram Giveaway Instagram Giveaway constitutes Your agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsors and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the VP VENT Instagram Giveaway Instagram Giveaway and/or the:
1) Winner accepting, possessing, using, or misusing of any awarded prize or any portion thereof;
2) any type of technical failure;
3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; 5) electronic error or human error in the Promotion administration or the processing of entries.

The Entrant agrees, as a condition of participating in this promotion, that if any disputes cannot be resolved between the Entrant and the Sponsor, and if causes of action arise out of or are connected with this VP VENT Instagram Giveaway Instagram Giveaway, they shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in New York State having jurisdiction, without resorting to any form of class action. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Golf Giveaway).
